| Covid-19 Hotel Cancellation Policy |
Dear Travel Partner,
At all times, and especially in this uncertain climate, we want to assure you that the safety and wellbeing of our guests and teams is our highest priority.
We are continuing to monitor and react to the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation as it evolves, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to provide every guest, partner and employee with the highest standard of service and care, so our partners, your customers and our guests can plan and travel with confidence.
As you would expect from us, our global response team has enhanced our already robust cleaning and hygiene standards using the latest COVID-19 guidance from global and governmental health bodies. |
CANCELLATION POLICY APPLYING TO FIT BOOKINGS*
For our independent travellers, we are waiving Belmond’s cancellation fees and refunding prepaid deposits for stays through 30 April 2020 as follows:
- Guests with reservations at any Belmond hotel globally, who have travelled from or via Mainland China, South Korea, Iran, or Italy;
- Guests travelling from any country with reservations at Belmond hotels in Italy or Asia.

For guests whose travel plans in the short term have been affected by temporary government-enacted travel restriction measures please contact our reservations teams directly.
For information about confirmed group bookings, please contact the Director of Sales on property, or your Global Sales contact.
Please be assured that we will continue to monitor closely the evolving nature of this situation, respond to up-to-the-minute advice, and do everything possible to support our guests, travel industry partners, and team during this period.
